Mamma Pinsa is owned by Italian restaurateurs who are experts in making fresh Pasta and Pinsa Romana.
Pinsa is crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and is a lighter, healthier version of our beloved Italian Pizza. Its distinct texture and flavor come from a special combination of ingredients and a meticulous preparation process.
At Mamma Pinsa, we proudly follow the DiMarco Pinsa-Makin Way. This original Roman way of creating the best Pinsa, is a precise and refined method that has been perfected over generations in the heart of Rome.
We use only DiMarco flour and Spolvero, both imported directly from Italy. Additionally, the water used in our dough is carefully filtered to guarantee its purity, and is pH balanced to ensure the dough's fermentation process is just right.
