The story of Mamma Pinsa
Mamma Pinsa was born in 2020 from an idea of Michele Pagano, an Italian lawyer who decided to undertake this path after having discovered Pinsa in Italy and having attended the best courses created in the "Bel Paese" about Pinsa and his special flour mix.
Mamma Pinsa assumes the goal of making Pinsa known all over the world, starting from America but always with the heart in Italy. Our Pinsa are prepared with the original method invented in Rome, which give the Pinsa its classic flavor and digestibility.
